SabFoil Fuselage 710

The specific manganese aluminum alloy used for this fuselage has significant strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The addition of large amounts of manganese controls the grain structure which in turn results in a stronger alloy.

The shape itself is designed to minimize hydraulic structure resistance and increase performance for surf and SUP applications.

This fuselage is CNC-shaped for the smoothest possible surface and has hard elox 50um surface treatment. It is state of the art in aluminum milling.
