The MAKO GLIDE V2 is the ultimate stabilizer for performance in Downwind, Dock-Start, SUP-Foil, Freefly, and Surf foiling.
Thinner, more balanced, and stiffer than the V1 thanks to its carbon construction, the Mako Glide V2 represents a significant evolution and is a unique stabilizer on the market.
It boasts all the advantages of a High Aspect stabilizer: more lift with less surface area, and improved glide. It allows for a smaller size while maintaining support and efficiency, without being elitist or unforgiving at low speeds.
We've retained the central chord, which guarantees solid support, longitudinal stability, smooth low-speed relaunch without unexpected stalling, and powerful pumping with minimal momentum.
From the first third of its length, the rope length is drastically reduced to offer an unparalleled lift-to-glide ratio with very little drag, all within a moderate wingspan. This results in excellent carving capabilities for the new Mako Glide V2, despite its compact size.
Important: In wing foiling, this stabilizer is perfectly suited, offering a good cruising speed and significantly improved stability compared to the Mako Glide V1 as speed increases!
120: 35 cm wingspan
Kparts stabilizers have a flat area on both sides, allowing them to be mounted above the fuselage (AXIS, FONE, CABRINHA, etc.) and below (TAKUMA, AFS, ARMSTRONG, etc.). The rear hole is oblong to allow for a mounting hole spacing of 30 to 35 mm, depending on the brand.
Each stabilizer comes with a carrying case, a set of shims that matches your foil (select from the dropdown menu), and two longer screws.
The chosen shim set allows you to adapt all KPARTS stabilizers to your foil by adjusting the angle to your needs.
Machined stabilizer, made from compressed carbon fibers.
The carrying cases are made of felt.
The adapter shims are 3D printed from PETG.
